Alison Wonderland - Alexandra Margo Sholler is an electronic professional dance music DJ, producer, and performer. Her interest in electronic dance music first began after she was out at an establishment called Candy's Apartment. Tolman's performance in the role of Minnesota cop Molly Solverson was praised by Vanity Fair, who wrote: "She calmly and confidently took over the entire production". The actress won the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Film/Miniseries and was also nominated for Best Actress at both the Emmy Awards & Golden Globes for her role. It was also in the same year that it was revealed that Tolman is scheduled to make a guest role on the Mindy Project as Abby Berman who is a romance writer. In 2015, she played a supporting part of Michael Dougherty s comedy horror film Krampus. Tolman's breakthrough role in the film as Fargo caused her to drop various supporting roles, such as those of mothers and best friends, wives and husbands. Tolman was searching for other roles with a twist. Tolman's performance in 2017 on ABC Downward Dog was based on The Animal Media Group Web Series. After one season, the show was cancelled. Tolman played in ABC's Emergence drama, which debuted on 24 September 2019 but was cancelled by ABC within a year, on 21 May 2020, despite Tolman posting on Twitter she thought the ratings were "pretty acceptable". The actress has also been an actor on the NBC show Good Girls. She was Alma Filcott, in the second season in the series Why Women Kill. Natalie Green played the role of Alma Filcott on her role in the Facts of Life segment of Live In front of a Studio Audience's 3rd season.
